A “Giant” relief
Well finally this year at least one of the teams I follow is bringing me some relief. In a year when the Buffs, Jets and Broncos came up with a combined record of 16 wins and 29 losses…football season was agonizing. But thank God after a terrible start the Giants are proving to be my Alka-Seltzer…oh what a relief it is.
And I love it they beat the Cowboys…and made Terrell Owens and Jerry Jones cry. I do feel bad for Tony Romo. For Pete’s sake will you give me a break about the vacation thing with Jessica Simpson. I mean it sure wasn’t Jessica out there who couldn’t center the ball back to the quarterback, and it wasn’t Jessica who couldn’t block the Giant’s defenders, or dropping critical passes, or missing easy tackles.
But cudos to the Giants and Eli, huh! They never gave up. It was great to jump up from the couch with my friends and shout after that interception that sealed the win! I would however, like to send a message to the Giant’s offensive coordinator and ask him, “how do you spell, ‘play action pass’. But other than that - great job Giants…keep it up - it would be great to have a rematch in the desert with the cheater Patriots.
