Horton Hears A Who - excellent!
Ok it was a little hard to handle paying $27 for three to get into a movie in the afternoon - especially one that is less than 90 minutes in length - HOWEVER…
Donna and I took our 7 year old granddaughter Sarah to see Horton and we were so glad we did. We all loved it! Not only are there a number of super spiritual applications about being aware of the voices “we can’t hear” (like a live baby in a womb) - but I saw some things in the story about prejudice and other issues we face… and those things will be evident to those of you who would see it for purely spiritual reasons or prophetic reasons.
I do want to say however, it’s great to see for no other reason than it’s just good old fun! It’s been a long time since I have had several burst out loud laughing episodes during a movie. There are some great lines and scenes in the movie. Of course put Jim Carey and Steve Carell in the two primary spots (even if animated) and need I say more.
This is good, clean, fun with a great lesson behind it…
