South Africa Team Crusade final report!

Last night we finished the seven day long crusade here in the city of Soshanguve, SA.  It was really an amazing time.  By all accounts we finished the evening with a crowd in excess of 8000 and last night there were over 2000 of them in the altars - most receiving Christ for the first time ever!  What’s also thrilling about these kind of meetings is many are also filled with the Spirit the same night… this was the case last night.  Of course whenever these power encounters take place - so do the battles against the kingdom of darkness.  Last night was a huge encounter with the demonic. We dealt with a local witchdoctor…and had a real breakthrough when she came to Christ PTL ! I personally cast out demons out of three people (one who just kept growling at me… that was weird) and also we had one man that try as might we could not get all of the demons out of him… we had him on the platform and then I was down in the crowd working with him for a long time. He told his friends many demons had come out - but there were still many more.  The entire time he acted like he was going to throw-up any moment.  It was frustrating not to be able to get him free and I felt so sorry for him.  Hopefully his breakthrough will come.

There were also a number of healings this week… one lady with blindness waved back to the evangelist when he walked way across the stage and waved at her - that was amazing.

So our Bethany team also did two major outreaches in the local markets and they were really wonderful.  I was shocked at how open the people were to talking with us and taking our literature.  It’s really important we all pray for these precious people - because is up to something big here.  Yesterday I also preached in one of the local black churches… I was the only white person in the house of about 800.  It was a blast and once again the local pastor and people were wonderful.

Now we take the team in a few hours to Kruger National park for a short safari and hopefully encounter the big-five… I have seen them all in the wild except for the rhino - so that’s my goal - get a picture of a rhino in the wild.  If any type of internet is available - I will report back.

You prayers for travel mercies are appreciated!
